Professional Experience & Area of Special Competence
Domingo is a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with extensive commercial real estate, valuation, and multi-state complex property tax consulting experience. Before joining ATA, he was a senior associate with a national consulting and advisory firm, focusing on valuation and property tax consulting for heavy manufacturing, as well as complex assets in the oilfield services sector.
He has worked in the property tax department for a Fortune 100 company and was responsible for managing the property tax liability for a large publicly traded oilfield services company. He began his property tax career with the Tarrant Appraisal District, valuing a wide range of commercial, industrial, and income producing properties, both real estate and business personal property.
